The tea is becoming popular fast and people are now making it a part of their daily diet. In fact some people make it a point to drink a cup of tea before or after meals because it helps them digest food better. Different people have different preferences when it comes to their tea. If it is your first time to drink tea you might be confused with all the terminologies. For example you might wonder what black tea, green tea and organic white tea means. The color a tea creates once it is soaked is the basis for the terms black and green tea. Ogranic white tea is something different. The name is not derived from the color of the water instead it is derived from the source of the tea itself. The unopened tea leaf buds with white fuzzy covering is the source of organic white tea.
